Biography of Sandy Vaillancourt

Sandy Vaillancourt creates paintings that reflect on people, places and scenes from everyday life. From our favorite cafes, shops, scenic overlooks, and neighborhoods to simple flowers, churches, temples and icons. Sandy strives to create art that tell a story and perhaps gives the viewer a short rest from the sometimes hectic world. She paints everywhere she travels creating a unique and lively visual anthropology of our times.

She has always loved painting and respects artists for the role they play in our society. She has studied in California, New York and New Mexico.
