"I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely hotel over the weekend; I cannot say enough positive things about my experience! First, this hotel is so professionally run. The staff is so very friendly and welcoming. When I called the hotel to inquire about their pet policy, the concierge was so kind and informative. Did not even realize that well behaved pets were welcome at this beautiful property. It is a warm and welcoming environment with beautiful fireplaces burning throughout the property. There are staff thoughtfully placed and always available to assist the guest, whether it be in the parking garage area or the information desk. The rooms are very well appointed and well-kept. Very professional and efficient housekeeping staff! Thank you for making our stay so very lovely! Look forward to visiting again in the summer."
