Saturdays - Open All Year Long

Voted one of the “Top Ten Farmers’ Markets” by Sunset Magazine, the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market is one of the oldest, largest, and most successful growers’ markets in the country. Serving more than 150 farmers and producers in 15 Northern New Mexico counties, the Market brings fresh food, education, and fun to our community and promotes small farms and sustainable agriculture in Northern New Mexico.

SOVEREIGN SANTA FE

Sovereign Santa Fe features talented Native American artists whose work highlights NewSchool Native American Art and its elusive relationship between traditional and contemporary.  Organized by FaraHNHeight Fine Art, Tony Abeyta, Randy L. Barton, Keith Grosbeck and Gregory Farah, the exhibit will take place in La Plazuela and showcase a range of forward-thinking artists committed to challenging the status quo.

The International Folk Art Market

July 11-14, 2024

The world’s largest folk art festival is the only place to meet 167 master artists from 51 countries and shop for the finest handmade folk art. As the market enters its 20th year, 20,000 visitors are expected to marvel at the gallery, and we have a front row seat.

Traditional Spanish Market

July 27-28, 2024

Held on the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, this festival brings woodcarving, tin work, hide painting, and more to downtown Santa Fe. The market also features artist demonstrations, interactive exhibitions, and other activities.

August 17-18, 2024

Attracting over 200,000 visitors from around the world, the Santa Fe Indian Market is recognized as the largest and most prestigious juried Native arts show in the world.

Burning of Zozobra

August 30, 2024

The Burning of Zozobra is a unique cultural event staged annually by the Kiwanis Club of Santa Fe on the Friday before Labor Day at Fort Marcy Park as an exciting and fiery kick-off to the historic Fiestas de Santa.

Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta

September 25-29, 2024

This festive event highlights the unique culinary artistry found in Santa Fe, complemented by wine from around the country. This year's series of food and wine events will feature 75 local restaurants and 90 national wineries. The highlight of the event is the Grand Tasting, held at the Santa Fe Opera House.

Christmas Eve Farolito Walk

One of Santa Fe's most beloved holiday traditions is the Christmas Eve Farolito Walk, which lights up the hearts and souls of thousands who promenade the famous path on Christmas Eve. The event is from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. in the historic neighborhood of Canyon Road and Acequia Madre. Full day and half day trips are available.

New Year’s Eve on the Plaza! It’s Santa Fe’s brightest winter tradition, and this year’s celebration includes a live broadcast/webcast by KOB 4 and www.kob.com from the Plaza. Wherever you are, we invite you to watch on December 31, 2023, starting at 11:30 pm, when La Fonda takes a starring role with fireworks launched from our rooftop as we welcome our Centennial Year!
