Chicken Pot Pie
Tender chunks of chicken breasts in cream sauce sprinkled with
sweet peas, pearl onions and mushrooms, topped with flaky
pastry dough. $13

Thursday, May 8 through Wednesday, May 14
Pot Roast
Slices of choice braised beef, with mushroom gravy,
fluffy whipped potatoes and vegetable du jour. $13

Thursday, May 15 through Wednesday, May 21
La Fonda Salad Bowl
Mixed greens, sliced eggs, julienne of ham, chicken and cheese.
Served with Italian dressing. $11

Thursday, May 22 through Saturday, May 31
Liver and Onions
Sautéed calf liver served with a rasher
of bacon and onions, accompanied by fluffy whipped
potatoes and vegetable du jour. $12

Fried filet of halibut served with tartar sauce,

Lamb Rack
Roasted rack of lamb served with au jus, mint jelly,

Beef Wellington
Beef tenderloin topped with a duxelle of mushrooms,
truffles and pâté, wrapped in puff pastry and baked.
Served with tourneed vegetables and potatoes. $39
